How Do I Enable Opencl Cuda Physx And Directcompute On My Geforce Gt 540M Graphics Card

Please help me rectify this situation - how do I enable OpenCL, CUDA, PhysX and DirectCompute?

I’m using an Asus K53S Series laptop.
