How Do I Open A Pst File If Microsoft Outlook Won T Open Them

Earlier I tried to keep the messages of Outlook, but they are kept in a separate folder:  “files Deleted items, Sent items, etc…”,

All files with the PST extension cannot open in Outlook. What should I use to view the contents of a PST file?
