How Do I Send Or Compress A Pdf That S Too Big For Email

I converted a JPG file to PDF. The printer wants the dimension 100x72 cm and 300dpi to remain the same the problem is the file is now too big to email, how can I resolve this issue? Can I compress without losing size or quality? Should I use something other than email?
