How Do I Send Sms Or Mms Via Hangouts With An Iphone 5S

I have scoured a few forums, live chats and I tried to add my Google Account to Google Plus as per some instructions that I read somewhere.

Is there a way I can either send MMS through the Hangouts app or forward it to my computer and send it via Google Voice or Hangouts?
